Codes and ordinances change
Adopted code editions, local amendments, published thresholds and administrative procedures all change over time, and the edition in force on any given date is what governed work permitted then. Dates are given throughout for that reason. Confirm current requirements with the city.

No permit fee, inspection fee or repair cost appears anywhere on this site. Such figures change constantly and a stale number misleads more than it helps.
